Search & Browse for Merchants

  • Shop online with your favorite merchant on Miles & More | Swiss
  • When you search for merchants on shop, we want to help you easily find what you’re looking for.
  • You can browse through various merchants partnered with us to shop with.
  • Look for PointsPay icon on shop’s listing/details page to identify merchants supporting PointsPay checkout.
  • You can choose any listed merchant and avail benefits like earning miles.
  • You have to simply choose PointsPay as the payment method on shop checkout page to pay for your purchase using miles or miles & cash and collect miles.

PointsPay is a payment method which enables members of participating loyalty programs to make payments on participating online shops using their loyalty points or miles. Members of Miles & More | Swiss are able to use PointsPay.

  • Each PointsPay checkout supported shop will have a PointsPay icon on its listing tile.
  • Also, PointsPay icon on its respective details page.
  • PointsPay is accepted on all the participating online shops. You can find the list by simply clicking here.

Earning Miles

  • Yes, you can earn miles within PointsPay when making part or all of your purchase using your payment card.
  • The number of miles that you will earn via PointsPay will be clearly indicated.
  • The rate of earning miles will differ from merchant to merchant, as it depends on the commercial arrangements with each merchant.
  • The number of miles you earn depends on the amount spent on the merchant site.
  • The earn rate of each merchant site differs from one another, and you can check this rate on the various partner details page.
  • Please note that shipping charges and any applicable taxes will not be eligible for miles accrual.
  • Also, note some merchants do not offer miles for certain products and services such as gift certificates
  • You will earn miles for your transaction regardless of the transaction currency.
  • Your transaction will be converted to CHF using an online currency converter to calculate the number of miles earned.

In order to earn miles, please make sure of the following:

  • While doing transaction on an affiliate merchant, ensure that you are logged into shop with your Miles & More Service Card Number and PIN.
  • Ensure that your internet browser cookies are enabled before you click to the merchant site.
  • For PointsPay merchants, select PointsPay checkout as the payment method on the merchant checkout page.
  • In order to receive miles on a non PointsPay merchant, you must begin shopping at the "Miles & More | Swiss” loyalty shop every time.
  • It is the only way your purchases can be tracked to earn and receive credit for miles.
  • For PointsPay merchants, select PointsPay checkout as the payment method on the merchant checkout page.

You can login with your Miles & More Service Card number and PIN, and check your transaction status on your “Order history”.

The following transaction statuses will be shown:


We are confirming the transaction with the merchant, and will process your miles credit once the refund period has passed (up to 90 days)


Your miles crediting is being processed


Your miles have been credited to your loyalty account


Your miles have not been credited. Possible reasons include refund or cancellation of transaction.


The number of miles required for your purchase will be clearly displayed on the checkout page within PointsPay.

  • Browse and shops as usual in any participating online shop.
  • Choose PointsPay as your payment method when finalizing your order. You may see either the PointsPay logo or a co-branded logo containing both the PointsPay and Miles & More | SWISS logos on the checkout page of the online shop.
  • You will then be re-directed to the PointsPay website.
  • You must log in with your Miles & More account credentials, or create a PointsPay account and connect your Miles & More account, and choose whether to pay with miles only, miles plus cash, or cash only. Whenever you spend any cash, you will earn miles on the cash component.
  • You then simply confirm your transaction. You will then be returned to the online shop.
  • Yes we do allow cash payments.
  • You will earn miles on the cash component that you spend.
  • In case of insufficient miles you can opt to pay part of the amount in cash using your payment card and part of the amount using your miles.

Shipping & Deliveries

  • Kindly contact the merchant from which you made the purchase.
  • Contact details for merchant customer Service can be found on the merchant's website.
  • Please be rest assured we do not share any personally identifiable information to merchants when you navigate on their website.
  • We only pass a numerical tracking value as a reference that allows us to correctly award your miles and fulfil the purchase made on merchant’s website.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Kindly contact the merchant from which you made the purchase.
  • Contact details for merchant customer Service can be found on the merchant's website.
  • For any refund related information we request you to contact the online shop where you made the purchase.
  • Once the refund is issued by the online shop, the refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
  • Also, note that the online shop merchant may deduct any applicable service fee at the time of refund and the remainder amount would be refunded back to your Miles & More | SWISS Account in the form of miles or payment card whichever was used at the time of purchase.

You will receive the refund on your card/account within 2 to 7 business days from the date of the refund being executed by the respective online shop.

  • Your miles will take up to 90 days from the date of purchase to be credited into your account.
  • Please note that you will not earn miles if you cancel your order or make a refund.
  • If you have not seen your miles posted (as pending) to your account within 90 days after your purchase, please contact Customer Support by clicking on the Contact Us link in the footer.
  • Please provide your name, email address, the date of transaction, merchant name, order number, and amount of your purchase (excl. taxes and shipping charges).
  • Please note that we cannot investigate orders that were placed less than 90 days before.
  • Also, merchants may not address order inquiries that are older than 180 days.
  • If you refund your PointsPay transaction, the miles accrued worth cash against the transaction will be adjusted from your cash refund amount.
  • For affiliate transaction, the accrued miles will be reversed back from your loyalty account.

Unable to make purchase

If you find that a link or store site doesn't work, it is likely that you have a piece of software controlling the sites you can visit. To solve this problem:

a) Please disable your Ad-Blocking/Popup Blocking/Cookie Blocking software (you might need to close your browser and re-start after you switch off your blocking software).

b) If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or another browser, which has a privacy setting, set the privacy setting to low.

c) If you have Zone Alarm Pro or Norton Internet security, these products have ad-blocking and cookie- blocking features. You do not need to disable your firewall, just disable the cookie-blocking and ad- blocking feature for this website.

  • In order to access our merchants, you may need to turn off your 'pop-up blocker' feature.
  • Often this feature is an accompaniment to internet browser software or a toolbar.
  • This will need to be disabled or adjusted to allow you shop on “Miles & More | Swiss” loyalty shop.
  • Yes
  • Please ensure you have cookies enabled on your system, as we monitor these tracking codes in order to ensure your miles are awarded.
  • Please note that you will not earn miles if cookies are not enabled.

If you face any technical problems whilst using PointsPay, such as:

  • Unable to login
  • Or not being directed back to the online shop.
  • Technical issues

Please write an e-mail to support@pointspay.com and share the details of your issue, ideally including screenshot(s) with the email message. Please also include details of the online shop, the payment amount, your Miles & account no., and any other relevant details.
